Have you ever used a habit tracker?
Were there any habits you wanted to create and stick to consistently?
As a mom it can sometimes be difficult to stick to specific habits and routines. Just when you think you’ve made progress, something comes up and you lose focus. Whether it's regularly working out, meditating, flossing or something else, establishing it and making it consistent can be hard. In fact, adopting a new habit can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days! And the average it takes most people to develop a new habit is
.* I understand how a busy schedule can make it difficult to stick to things you want to do. Apps and programs can be helpful, but I’ve found that they can also be forgotten from time to time. In thinking about a way to stick to some of the habits I’ve wanted to adopt this year, I decided to create a printable that would help me stay on track and I wanted to share it with you. It’s a printable habit tracker.
Print vs Digital Habit Tracking
Sure there are useful and fancy apps, but what’s helpful about also having a physical habit tracker, is that you can print it out and put it somewhere you will see it every day. Plus, you get the satisfaction of checking off the items, one by one. I suggest putting it somewhere were you see it each morning, a place uncluttered by other notes and items. Also, what I’ve found helpful to use is a small cork board with a ledge for a pen or pencil, so it’s right there when I need to check an item off. If you’re interested in really sticking to some healthy habits this year and incorporating them into your daily life, you’re gonna want to try out the printable habit tracker. In it, I’ve also included a list where you can brainstorm ideas on how to keep yourself on-track by writing out various ways that will help you stick to what it is you want to do daily. You can print it out below.

I understand how hectic things can get. You want to care for your kiddos and family, and often this can result in you putting your personal self-care goals on the back burner. Instead, you can use this printable habit tracker to make sure you focus on them, so you feel great and have more energy throughout the day for what matters most to you.
