An interview with Jenn Collins

Leaving a stable job, moving states with her family and taking a financial risk to leave a lifestyle of hustle and burn-out is exactly what Jenn Collins did in order to have more time for her family. In the process she decided to create a business that would give back to moms wanting to prioritize their self-care, so she created the Mama Needs Subscription Box.

In this episode she talks about why she and her family needed the big change and what motivated her to start her own company. She also discusses why it's important for parents to not only share their successes with their kids, but also their vulnerabilities and failures. She also shares how she personally focuses on self-care and how her own mom inspired her to make it a priority.

Jenn Collins @mamaneedsbox is the founder and Chief Self-Care Officer of the Mama Needs Subscription Box and host of The Mama Needs Podcast. She's on a mission to help Mamas understand the need for self-care and give them the tools and inspiration to prioritize it. She’s been married to her high school sweetheart for 15 years and they have 3 kids ages 12, 9 and 5! Jenn is an enneagram 9 and loves coffee, a good Netflix show and dreaming up new ideas for her subscription boxes!
