For Done-For-You Landing Page Design Services

By booking a Done-For-You Landing Page project with Royah Loie, you agree to the following terms:

1. Communication & Collaboration

You agree to schedule a call and provide all necessary content, details, and feedback in a timely manner so the project can stay on schedule. I’ll communicate primarily by email and will provide updates during each project phase.

2. Deliverables

This service includes:

• One custom-designed landing page created with your branding and offer details

• Conversion-focused copywriting

• Brand Clarity & Strategy consultation

• Two rounds of revisions

Additional revisions or major scope changes requested after approval of the second draft may require an additional fee.

3. Payment Terms

The payment for services is provided upon purchase and can either be paid in full or two split payments as indicated in the checkout cart.

4. Refund Policy (Launch Confidence Guarantee)

I believe you’ll love your new landing page—and I want you to feel confident saying yes to it.

If you decide to cancel after our initial consultation but before design work begins, you’ll receive a 100% full refund of your payment.

Once design and copywriting begin, your project slot and time are fully reserved. If, after reviewing your first draft and completing up to two rounds of revisions, you’re still not satisfied with the direction, you may request a 50% refund of the total project fee.

This policy ensures fairness and peace of mind for both parties.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, branding materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing content or approvals may extend project timelines.

You also agree to use the completed landing page in accordance with all applicable laws and platform policies (such as Meta, Google, or your email provider).

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of your completed landing page design and copy is transferred to you for your own business use.

However, the underlying design frameworks, processes, and templates used to create your page remain the intellectual property of Royah Loie  and may not be resold, distributed, or shared for commercial use.

7. Confidentiality

All information you provide will remain confidential and will only be used to complete your project. Your personal or business data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to design a high-converting landing page, results may vary depending on factors such as your offer, audience, traffic, and marketing strategy.

Royah Loie / Outstandingly Creative is not liable for business outcomes, lost sales, or performance metrics following project delivery. The service is provided “as is” and reflects best practices for design and conversion strategy at the time of creation.

9. Post-Project Support

Light technical or content support will be available for up to 7 days after final delivery to ensure a smooth launch. Ongoing updates, edits, or additional features beyond that period can be booked separately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
