In today’s episode Dr. Rani Banik MD, Board-certified Ophthalmologist, fellowship-trained Neuro-Ophthalmologist, and Functional Medicine expert, talks about the various causes of migraines and how we can prevent them or decrease their occurrence. She also talks about ways we can keep our eyes healthy for better vision throughout the years. In this episode she also talks about the power of nutrition in contributing to healthy eyes, decreased migraines and the impact of nutrition on the vision of children.

Dr. Rudrani Banik is also a healthcare entrepreneur and founder of Envision Health NYC, Board-certified Ophthalmologist, fellowship-trained Neuro-Ophthalmologist, and Functional Medicine expert and has a special interest in treating headaches and migraines.
