An interview with Leslie Barber, the founder of Grief Warrior
There’s a stigma surrounding grief in modern society. Many of us don’t always know what to do or say when a friend or loved one is experiencing it. Also, when we personally experience it, we aren’t always encouraged to express the rawness of our emotions, whatever they may be.
Today’s guest is Leslie Barber, founder of Grief Warrior. Through her own personal experience with grief, she’s been able to help others in theirs. She also helps people better support someone who is experiencing it.
In this episode she addresses ways we can better support others through the grief process, while also understanding our own experiences.
